- Check & replace as required seals on exterior of windows (Customer done temp job)
- Replace wide internal cill on one window
- Replace swollen drywall(?) board on inner LHS of second window
- Will require removal and refitting of some of window surrounds
- Internal damage caused by water ingress due to failed external seals
- Free up 3 x internal doors that are sticking.
- Customer will deal with any painting / redecoration separately.
